Phillips
the head of western districts farm machinery
"Sales and Service our specialty"

So
much so, in fact, that he has an overwhelming confidence in the future of the
Hamilton-based New Holland dealership.
With over 20 years of experience in the local region, and a
genesis built on farm machinery mechanics, Paul said he has been buoyed by
recent events in the dealership scene.
"Sales and Service our specialty" Paul said.
And when you arrive at the dealership and read signs like -
"The only thing better than our products is our service", it is not hard to see
why they have become a dominant supplier of medium-sized tractors and large
round and square balers in the western districts of Victoria.
The
main driver of the business, according to Paul, has been the
development of the United Agri Group, of which Phillips Farm machinery is a
member.
The
formation of the United Agri Group brings together four
fellow New Holland dealers, in the South Australian towns of Bordertown, Pinnaroo,
Karoonda and Meningie.
Paul
said it brings to the region a raft of benefits for customers including better
trade-in opportunities, better buying terms and an expanded staff of over 60
people.
"There
are machinery issues that other members of the group have far more experience
than I.
"If
our clients require information on a range of machinery needs not only can we
supply the information, the group's dynamics now allow us to supply the know-how
and even personnel from another members to help provide machinery
solutions."
Paul
Lewis of Phillips Farm Machinery is excited about becoming a United Agri-Group
member.
